Hi all,

I'm happy to announce the first release of hello-hut, a small and
friendly greeting tool for your terminal.

  $ pip install hello-hut
  $ hello-hut Ada --shout
  HELLO, ADA!

Highlights:

- a positional NAME argument
- --shout and --time-of-day
- an optional config file at ~/.config/hello-hut/config.toml

Thanks to Mira, Tomás, Priya, Jun, Elif and Sam for patches, reviews and
the lovely logo.
